Restoring your Virtuozzo Backup

Restoring a Previously Backed Up VPS

Please Note: Restoring a backup will restore all data erasing everything that is currently on your server.

1. Login to the Control Panel and click on the Systems tab

2. Select the Backup and Restore icon

3. Check the check box next to the backup you want to restore and click on the Restore link

4. Click OK to the dialog box asking you if you're sure you want to restore

5. You will receive a message letting you know the restoration of your VPS has been scheduled. If you hit the Refresh button, the the Backup Status will change to "Restoring" while the backup is being restored.  Once you hit Refresh and the Backup Status is "Ready", then your VPS has been restored and is good to go.

If you need to restore selective files from the Virtuozzo backup, please put in a ticket at https://support.activevps.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with this task.
