Using the following information you should be able to configure most email clients. These instructions are for Outlook. Your version of outlook may looks a little different, but most version are very similar.
Incoming POP3 server: pop.Your_Domain_name.com
Outgoing SMTP server: smtp.Your_Domain_name.com
Make sure SMTP authentication is enabled no matter what email client you are using.
1) Open outlook
2) go to
Tools >
E-Mail accounts...
3) Select
Add a new e-mail account, press next
4) Select
POP3, press next
5) Fill out the information that is being requested
6) Press
More Settings ...
7) Go to the
Outgoing Server Tab
8) Check
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

9) Press
OK
10) Press
Next &
Finish
